At Alite, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe is perfect, providing a seamless exchange or refund process for every customer.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
